Solving Wall Street's Problems Using Ai
The securities industry is comprised of market participants including: banks, broker dealers, institutions, exchanges, alternative trading systems, market makers, transfer agents, clearing firms, custodians, brokers, RIAs, CTAs, investment bankers, analysts, accounting firms, retail investors and a large number of service providers. Research, trading, corporate finance, M & A, IPOs, SPACs are all governed by rules and regulations adopted and enforced by a variety of regulatory and self regulatory organizations. We provide 21st century solutions to the problems that exist within this ecosystem. By licensing and integrating modern solutions to known industry inefficiencies and problems, DigitalBD brings a holistic approach to the digitization of traditional assets.
Machine learning algorithms combined with automation (APIs) creates competitive advantage for market participants. The US alone has over 3,400 broker dealers that will need to transform their operations using new technologies, asset classes and methodologies to comply with updated guidelines and regulations. DigitalBD provides expertise across research, trading and corporate finance employing AI where it is most needed.
It has been 13 years since blockchain was introduced as a solution to a myriad of problems in the financial industry. The growth has been exponential and the use case has spread to nearly every sector and industry group. Governments around the world have begun creating a regulatory framework for digital assets. The technological, legal, regulatory and educational requirements to compete in this environment are substantial. Our CEO has spent the last 4 years preparing for global adoption of digital assets.

Automated market surveillance, research and trading provide continuous analysis of financial markets. Advanced machine learning algorithms learn in real time how to invest and manage a portfolio based on the standards of the investor. Keep in mind that AI does not replace human interaction, sophisticated analysis or business intelligence. AI can expand the scope and scale of advisory services and make sure that all strategies are appropriately and thoroughly vetted before execution.
Any time 2 or more counterparties engage in transactions the blockchain is a highly transparent way for these entities to interact. Traditional legacy systems are not scalable globally and require long standing trusted relationships. Removing the risk of loss, fraud, manipulation or abuse within the world financial markets is one of the top reasons to start using blockchain today.
Traditional assets have legacy evidence of ownership: deed, title, certificates, book entry receipts, etc. Documents are hard to authenticate, transfer, exchange and swap and are not transparent publicly (ripe for abuse/manipulation/fraud). Digital assets are the blockchain answer to ownership for any type of physical or digital asset. Being able to authenticate, transfer and audit all transactions publicly replaces the need to trust counterparties when doing business.
